In the Cloud Computing field, there is an endless number of challenges that need to be faced in both the private and public sectors. SLA-Ready's objective is to raise SLA-awareness among cloud customers, educating and advising them on SLAs (Service Level Agreements). The upcoming SLA-Ready Impact Workshop, taking place at the DIGITALEUROPE head office (Association of the Digital Technology Industry in Europe) in Brussels on 15th December 2016, will provide crucial information to businesses and cloud customers, especially SMEs, on what they need to know before signing a cloud contract.

As often small SMEs and organisations don't have the time nor the resources to gather all the necessary information, this half-day workshop definitely represents a great opportunity to get free guidance about the cloud SLAs. By attending this workshop, which is open to everyone at no cost, SMEs are expected to be able to learn how to make informed decisions regarding what services to use, what to expect, and what to trust, as well as be able to network with other cloud computing players (SMEs, Cloud Service Providers, Cloud Service Procurer and Policy Makers).
