European Cybersecurity Organisation (ECSO) Holds General Assembly

Yesterday, 18 June 2019, in Brussels, the European Cybersecurity Organisation (ECSO) held its General Assembly to elect new members to its governing bodies.

Since two years ago, Trust-IT Services joined ECSO as an official member among other stakeholders such as large companies, SMEs and Start-ups, research centres, universities, end-users, operators, clusters and association.

ECSO represents the industry-led contractual counterpart to the European Commission for the implementation of the Cyber Security contractual Public-Private Partnership (cPPP).

The main goal of ECSO is to develop a competitive European cyber security ecosystem, to support the protection of the European Digital Single Market with trusted cyber security solutions and, ultimately, to contribute to the advancement of the European digital autonomy.

Through its membership, Trust-IT Services will play an active role in the ongoing development of this important cybersecurity ecosystem for the European technology industry, expanding its expertise in the cybersecurity field and ensuring that SMEs needs and challenges are taken into account to foster the European SME ecosystem.
