We strongly believe in the good principles of project management and we routinely apply the Project Management Methodology named PM². We are official members of the PM² Alliance and several members of our team are certified PM² professionals.
PM² is a Project Management methodology, developed by the European Commission and open to all, which enables effective control of the entire lifecycle of complex initiatives. PM² incorporates elements from recognised project management best-practices, is successfully utilised internationally, and has been endorsed as the official Project Management methodology by many EU institutions.
Many members of our team are proficient digital marketeers and several of them have acquired individual certifications for Google Ads and Google Analytics.
