Our Gender Equality Plan enforces the culture of equal opportunities for all within our organisation.

The Plan identifies four priority areas of intervention:

  1. Equal access to employment, recruitment, and selection; 
  2. Performance evaluation and career progression; 
  3. Work-life balance; 
  4. Internal and external information and communication.

To ensure that the objectives of the plan are continuously followed, an internal GEP Working Group regularly monitors progress.  

Trust-IT fosters a proactive approach to gender balance in all projects we are involved in.

We always strive to ensure gender balance at any event or workshop that we organise or are active part of, and we encourage gender equality within our project management, awareness creation, and dissemination & communication strategies.
