Communication and dissemination activities are an essential element of any EU Research project. From proposal to project delivery, a clear link between communications, dissemination and exploitation must be clearly articulated to ensure the project and its results create long-lasting impact. The Horizon Results Booster (HRB) provides support to EU projects in these areas. Trust-IT delivers two HRB services which provide vital support to projects in how they address and plan dissemination activities.
Module A - Identifying and creating the portfolio of R&I project results
In this module we help projects to identify and meet other projects operating in the same field or targeting similar stakeholders. We gather information on project activities and results in order to map them and provide a set of concrete recommendations to help them deliver a set of joint dissemination activities.
As well as meeting like-minded researchers, projects can establish new synergies and plan for more effective joint dissemination actions.
Module A lasts for one month and is available to both individual projects or groups of projects. Projects can be ongoing or closed and funded through Horizon Europe, H2020 or FP7.
Module B - Helping projects from the portfolio to design and execute a portfolio dissemination plan
Groups of projects formed either through Module A or independently can apply to this module in which we support them to deliver joint dissemination activities.
This includes creating a project group fact sheet and video outlining objectives and results, a visual identity. We also provide continuous support to the project groups to deliver on a number of options such as a joint webinar, policy brief report or social media campaign. Finally, through our online dissemination training facility, projects can also learn about best practices in delivering dissemination strategies.
The HRB is a unique and free service provided by the European Commission.
As service providers, Trust-IT shares its long experience in delivering dissemination plans and activities with other research projects from all walks of research life.
