Launch of the Pilot Actions - DEDEP.eu

Many projects under the DIGITAL EUROPE Programme develop groundbreaking digital solutions, yet their visibility, adoption, and long-term impact often remain limited due to fragmented dissemination efforts and siloed approaches.

To address this challenge, DEDEP.eu is launching a series of pilot actions aimed at equipping both DIGITAL officers and beneficiaries with the necessary tools, strategies, and collaborative frameworks to enhance their dissemination and exploitation (D&E) capabilities.

This highly interactive webinar, scheduled for 12 March 2025 at 15:00 CET, will introduce the upcoming pilot actions that will be launched in spring 2025.

The webinar offers participants an overview of their objectives, methodology, and expected impact. The session will also feature inspiring project clustering examples, illustrating how DIGITAL projects can better exchange knowledge, break down siloes across Specific Objectives, and optimise D&E efforts. These pilot actions will provide hands-on guidance, tools, and support to enhance the outreach, collaboration, and commercialisation of DIGITAL-funded results. This event will showcase how strategic collaborations and tailored capacity-building initiatives can drive the uptake and sustainability of DIGITAL-funded innovations.

What is DEDEP.eu?

DEDEP.eu is a 24-month initiative aimed at enhancing Dissemination and Exploitation (D&E) activities within the Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL). DEDEP.eu focuses on three key objectives:

  • Designing a robust EU Framework for effective D&E,

  • Implementing pilot actions to gather field evidence,

  • Finalising a D&E Action Plan with stakeholder engagement.

DEDEP.eu aims to deliver a practical, sustainable approach to support DIGITAL-funded initiatives. By guiding projects on how to effectively disseminate their results, engage with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for commercialisation or policy influence, the D&E framework developed by DEDEP.eu enhances the overall impact of the Digital Europe Programme.
