Future-Ready: On-Demand Solutions with AI, Data, and Robotics

As AI, data, and robotics continue to reshape industries and society, fostering collaboration between key stakeholders is vital to unlocking their full potential. To address this, the Future-Ready: On Demand Solutions with AI, Data, and Robotics event will take place in Brussels at the Sparks Meeting on 18-19 February 2025.
Jointly organised by AI-on-Demand and Adra, with support from the AI4Europe and ADRA-e projects, this two-day gathering will provide a platform for Horizon Europe-funded projects and stakeholders within the AI, Data, and Robotics partnership to connect, share insights, and shape collaborations in the field.
Why attend?
The rapid evolution of AI, data, and robotics brings both opportunities and challenges. Projects funded by Horizon Europe have been at the forefront of addressing these, producing groundbreaking results that drive scientific advancement, industrial growth, and societal impact. To ensure these outcomes reach their full potential, this event aims to facilitate knowledge exchange, foster project collaboration, and highlight the ADR ecosystem’s achievements.
The event will also emphasize the importance of Adra Topic Groups, which unite experts and stakeholders around common interests, and the AI-on-Demand Platform, a crucial resource for knowledge sharing, community collaboration, and technical support within Europe’s AI landscape.
Objectives
The event will focus on several key areas:
- Highlighting the achievements of ADR projects and strengthening collaboration with ADRA Topic Groups.
- Encouraging ongoing participation in Adra Topic Groups to build on the expertise and innovation developed within projects.
- Identifying challenges and gaps to inform updates to the Strategic Research, Innovation, and Deployment Agenda (SRIDA) and future project funding rounds.
- Engaging with the AI-on-Demand Platform and promoting hands-on activities such as code labs and other interactive initiatives to extend the reach and impact of project outcomes.
Who should attend?
This event is open to a wide range of participants, including:
- Horizon Europe project teams, particularly those funded through ADR partnerships in 2022 and 2023. This includes coordinators, researchers, engineers, and experts involved in roadmaps, synergies, or policy development.
- ADRA Topic Group members, including coordinators and active contributors from various groups.
- European Commission officers, including project and policy managers overseeing ADR projects.
- New Horizon Europe project teams, offering them the chance to build on insights from earlier initiatives.
What to expect?
- Project Presentations, highlighting results from Horizon Europe-funded ADR projects, organized by call topics.
- Interactive Workshops, including Birds of a Feather sessions, where similar projects can exchange ideas and best practices.
- Hands-On Demonstrations, including engaging activities on the AI-on-Demand Platform, such as code labs and technical showcases.
