Trust-IT Services Leads Webinar for DIGITAL Programme Dissemination and Exploitation Strategies
Trust-IT Services is proud to host the inaugural DEDEP.eu webinar on Wednesday 13th November 2024! From 11.00-12.45 CET, this event will consider how DIGITAL projects across various themes and specific objectives within the DIGITAL programme can develop strategies for maximising Dissemination and Exploitation outcomes.
Trust-IT’s own Nicholas Ferguson (DEDEP.eu Coordinator) will chair the event, with support from our partner META Group, which will feature key insights from the European Commission on policy expectations, and a panel featuring DIGITAL-funded projects sharing best practices. Topics will range from stakeholder engagement and market readiness to intellectual property considerations, enabling project representatives to optimise project reach and societal impact.
Discussions will take place through two interactive panels, the first of which will be dedicated to Dissemination and Exploitation best practices within DIGITAL. Following an opportunity for audience feedback through an open poll, the second panel will consider how Dissemination and Exploitation efforts are relevant from a perspective of European policy requirements, featuring the following high-profile European Commission speakers:
- Malgorzata Nikowska, Head of Unit for Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Policy, DG CNECT, European Commission
- Jo Wood, Head of Unit, Strategy and Governance, EuroHPC Joint Undertaking
- Yves Gigase, Head of Programmes at Chips JU
These discussions will contribute an important part to the DEDEP.eu project’s overall remit, which includes:
- An analysis of expectations from the European Commission and implementing bodies for the DIGITAL programme.
- Gathering best practices and success stories from currently funded DIGITAL projects.
Results from these discussions will feed into the design of a potential dissemination and exploitation support framework, which will be delivered and piloted through DEDEP.eu.
As a supporting action to the European Commission’s DIGITAL programme, DEDEP.eu aims to enhance the visibility and uptake of innovative solutions from DIGITAL-funded projects. This ties into the programme’s strategic aim to ensure that Europe’s technical innovation is brought to market.
Trust-IT’s expertise in dissemination, exploitation, and community engagement plays a critical role in guiding these projects to success. By driving knowledge-sharing events like this, Trust-IT helps projects make lasting contributions to Europe’s digital innovation landscape.
