Launched at the European Innovation Council (EIC) Summit earlier this year, the EU Innovation Platform connects researchers and innovators from EU-funded projects with the right partners, services, events, and opportunities to help them bring their results to market. Upon registering, researchers benefit from an intelligent recommendation engine based on their project's needs, sector, geographical location, and maturity level. The platform helpfully directs users towards the most relevant support at the right time.
For now, the EU Innovation Platform is targeted at EU-funded innovators (past and ongoing); in the coming months it will open more widely to EU innovators, business advisory services, investors and corporates. It sits alongside other Commission platforms such as the Horizon Results Platform, providing projects with an increasingly connected set of entry points into the EU's innovation support ecosystem.
Booster is one of the services available through the Platform. Provided free of charge, it supports EU-funded projects in maximising the impact of their research through three complementary services:
- Dissemination Support, enabling projects to promote their results to the right audience through tailored strategies and hands-on implementation support;
- Go-to-Market Support, assisting beneficiaries in building an exploitation strategy, refining their unique value proposition, preparing a business plan, and identifying market opportunities;
- Add-on Services, additional tailored support, including networking, portfolio analysis, intellectual assets management and coaching for public speaking, to further strengthen dissemination and exploitation impact.
As a Booster partner, Trust-IT Services contributes to the delivery of the initiative by delivering services focused on improving how projects address and plan dissemination strategies, making results more visible and impactful. Through this work, we support EU-funded projects in strengthening the dissemination and exploitation of their results and move towards greater societal, economic and market impact.
