On 23 June 2025, the MobiSpaces Impact Event took place in Rome and online, bringing together project partners, external experts, and stakeholders to mark the conclusion of three years of work under the Horizon Europe programme. The event focused on data governance for sustainable and privacy-aware mobility, with Trust-IT Services leading the organisation, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
As the main organiser, Trust-IT helped coordinate the agenda and manage on-site and online logistics. Our colleague Roberta Fabrizi also moderated the main panel discussion, which featured speakers from Gaia-X 4FutureMobility, TANGO, TEADAL, and MobiSpaces. The panel addressed challenges and opportunities in building mobility data spaces in Europe, from interoperability and open-source tools to the role of regulation.
In the afternoon, Trust-IT also facilitated the Co-Creation Workshop, bringing together members of the MobiSpaces development team and the External Stakeholder Expert Board (ESEB). The discussion focused on how to bring the project’s Key Exploitable Results (KERs) closer to market and encourage wider adoption.
During the project’s lifetime, Trust-IT contributed to outreach, communications, and community building, including the development of podcasts and the promotion of MobiSpaces at major European events. These activities helped raise awareness of the project’s innovations and supported cross-sector dialogue.
