With over 49% of our staff being female, our company backs this commitment with a formal Gender Equality Plan, which focuses on four key areas: fair recruitment and employment access, performance evaluation and career progression, work-life balance, and internal and external communication. Since we first introduced our Gender Equality Plan (GEP) in 2022, that overall figure has grown from 37% — and our goal for the 2025–2027 cycle is to consolidate it at 50% across all levels, including senior profiles.
