The valorisation of research results can be achieved through effective Dissemination and Exploitation strategies. The Booster provides expert support to H2020 and Horizon Europe projects on how best to ensure that their results have long-lasting impact.

Solutions

The Booster provides a comprehensive series of free services, including tailored support in dissemination, marketing, business strategy, networking, and public speaking. Trust-IT is a key partner in the Booster leading support on dissemination. The Booster services are designed for individual projects and project clusters helping them to adapt and improve existing dissemination strategies. Applicant projects can also benefit from “Add-on services” which help projects to build their dissemination network, create synergies with other projects, address IPR issues, improve public speaking and create a video specifically for the Horizon Results Platform. 

Results

The Booster kicks off in 2025 and builds on the results of the predecessor service the Horizon Results Booster (HRB) which ran between 2020 and 2024. In that time Trust-IT provided over 250 services to a plethora of projects from across the European research landscape. Each service impacted on projects and beneficiaries alike and saw the formation of new synergies and joint dissemination activities such as webinars and policy briefs. Through Booster, Trust-IT will continue to empower projects to reach wider audiences, build stronger networks, and showcase the results through professional 3materials.

Conclusions

Booster aims to reduce the gap between research findings and societal impact. Coordinated by META and the consortium also includes ICONS, EURICE, PNO Consultants, and PPMI who can offer sector-specific expertise to maximise the success of EU-funded research projects. This way the Booster takes on the challenge of converting findings into valuable outcomes, offering expert and customised support to increase the added value of Research & Innovation (R&I) projects and bring them out into the world.
