The NERO consortium invites SMEs across Europe to register for its free, hands-on cybersecurity training series, running from 26 November 2025 to 19 January 2026. The three 90-minute online sessions offer practical, scenario-based learning to help SMEs strengthen their cyber-resilience.

Supported by the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC), this initiative aims to help businesses build resilience against evolving cyber threats. The expert-led sessions include:

  1. Building Cybersecurity Awareness & Defence Foundations 26 November 2025 | 10:00-11:30 CET An introduction to key cyber-threats, common attack vectors, and essential incident-response practices for SMEs.

  2. Advanced Threat Detection & Privacy Protection: 3 December 2025 | 10:00-11:30 CET A deeper exploration of network security, intrusion detection, secure development practices, and privacy-enhancing tools.

  3. Immersive and Gamified Cybersecurity Practices: 19 January 2026 | 10:00-11:30 CET An interactive, scenario-based session featuring simulations and gamified exercises to strengthen practical cyber-resilience.

The training aligns with the European Cybersecurity Framework, emphasising real-world threat scenarios, operational readiness, data-protection practices, and hands-on exercises that help SMEs apply EU cybersecurity standards in daily operations.

Trust-IT Services plays a central role as the leader of WP7 (Dissemination, Exploitation & Promotion). The team manages all communication activities—including pre- and post-event campaigns, press releases, and dissemination materials—and oversees the technical and logistical organisation of the training sessions.
