Brief Description

DEDEP.eu is a 24-month initiative aimed at enhancing Dissemination and Exploitation (D&E) activities within the Digital Europe Programme (DEP). DEDEP.eu focuses on three key objectives: 

• Designing a robust EU Framework for effective D&E, 
• Implementing pilot actions to gather field evidence, and 
• Finalising a D&E Action Plan with stakeholder engagement. 

DEDEP.eu aims to deliver a practical, sustainable approach to support DEP-funded initiatives. The Dissemination and Exploitation framework developed by DEDEP.eu is critical for the Digital Europe Programme because it assures that the innovative outcomes of DEP-funded projects are effectively communicated and used. DEP is designed to accelerate Europe’s digital transformation by funding projects that drive advancements in areas like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital skills. However, without a strategic D&E framework, even the most groundbreaking innovations can struggle to reach the right audiences, achieve market uptake, or influence policy and industry practices. By guiding projects on how to effectively disseminate their results, engage with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for commercialisation or policy influence, the D&E framework developed by DEDEP.eu enhances the overall impact of the Digital Europe Programme.

Our role

Trust-IT Services plays a key role in DEDEP.eu as the project coordinator, leveraging its extensive experience in policy-driven communication and strategic dissemination within European research and innovation initiatives. With over 15 years of expertise, Trust-IT Services is contributing to designing and implementing the robust EU Framework for Dissemination and Exploitation that lies at the heart of DEDEP.eu. The company leads the project's efforts to ensure that D&E activities within the Digital Europe Programme are methodologically sound and practically effective, facilitating the translation of DEP-funded project outcomes into impactful, real-world applications.
