DEDEP.eu Project Kicks Off in Brussels
Setting the stage
On 13 September, Trust-IT Services, META Group and COMMpla, will meet in Brussels to officially launch the start of the DEDEP.eu project, a 24-month initiative funded to enhance Dissemination & Exploitation (D&E) activities within the Digital Europe Programme (DEP).
At the meeting, the consortium of experts will align on project responsibilities, coordinate partner workflows and construct a pathway forward to enhance the overall impact of the DEP.
Establishing and strengthening a Digital Single Market is essential to reinforce the EU’s global competitiveness. The DEP is fundamental to this objective as it aims to advance Europe’s digital capabilities in key areas such as AI, cybersecurity, high-performance computing, and digital skills.
While the DEP supports the development of transformative cutting-edge technologies and enhanced digital infrastructures, it is imperative that these advancements, knowledge and insights are properly disseminated in order to maximise the impact of Digital Europe projects across the region and beyond.
DEDEP.eu will ensure this happens by developing and integrating a comprehensive framework to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices for broadcasting innovative solutions generated under the DEP.
Trust-IT Services, META Group and COMMpla comprise a consortium of experts that will work to design the strategies that will underpin this D&E framework, including actionable and flexible mechanisms that align with the European Commission’s expectations and ensure future groundbreaking innovations are effectively distributed to engaged stakeholders and achieve maximum intended impact.
