Providing project coordination services for research & innovation initiatives is one of our specialities. We routinely offer our services via partnerships on public grants and tenders, as well as via commercial agreements.
From the operational point of view, we perform coordination of projects with the support of a collaboration pipeline we establish with the Client(s). This enables a continuous monitoring process and supports the dialogue within the working Team/Consortium. To that aim, we carry out periodic conference calls with the other partners, we monitor KPIs and budget, and we manage risks.
We embrace the PM2 methodology, and in fact, several of our team members are certified Project Manager Experts from PM2 Alliance. Also, we make use of various tools that are well established in the international context for project management, including the JIRA™ product for monitoring our agile sprints.
As part of our coordination services, we perform – at international level and, particularly, in specific fields of research & innovation – Cross-fertilisation & Concertation Actions to identify, map, and animate cross-disciplinary and thematic synergies, as well as task forces focused to mutual collaboration and cooperation.
