Trust-IT gives PolicyCloud a boost to finish strong

Policy Cloud, one of the projects for which Trust-IT Services acted as lead on the communication and dissemination activities, closed on the 31st of December 2022.  Trust-IT was active in ensuring that the KPIs set for the project were met over the lifetime of the project and in many cases surpassed.  This including a mammoth effort to attend 13 pertinent third-party events over the course of 2022.

During the final year of the project, Trust-IT was also instrumental in editing and publishing three joint policy briefs, which have already reached 682 downloads and 1151 views on the open repository Zenodo.  

Another important achievement was the publication of a white paper on Cloud for Data Driven Policy Management, coordinated by Trust-IT in collaboration with StandICT.eu 2023. It addressed the standardisation of data interoperability in data-driven policymaking, with a particular focus on the technological, legal and ethical aspects of handling data.

Trust-IT also created of a total community of more than 2700 people, with over 31,000 YouTube views of project videos, and more than 250 content pieces on the Policy Cloud website.

Our role

Trust-IT coordinated the work on Communication, Exploitation, Standardisation, Roadmapping & Business Development, in particular leading the creation of the project’s visual identity and promotional materials such as printed collaterals and videos, as well as the management of Policy Cloud’s website and the project's Twitter and LinkedIn channels. Trust-IT also contributed to the project's work on Cross-sector Policy Lifecycle Management and Requirements, Architecture & Innovation.
