Our Role
Our team at Trust-IT Services plays a crucial role in organising, coordinating, and promoting the OSawards. We manage the project’s outreach strategy, including engagement with award partners, stakeholders, and a wider audience.
From planning to execution, we ensure that every step of the awards aligns with our mission to elevate Open Source.
This includes managing the application and evaluation processes, ensuring transparency, and engaging the community to amplify the awards’ visibility through digital channels and media partnerships.
Impact
The expected outcomes of OSawards include increased awareness and adoption of Open Source practices, as well as enhanced collaboration across disciplines.
By recognizing pioneering contributions, we aim to foster a culture of open, accessible, and inclusive development.
The awards not only motivate individuals and organisations to prioritise openness and collaboration but also serve as a beacon, attracting more developers to Open Source practices.
Through broad media coverage and community engagement, we anticipate a lasting impact on how technological achievements are shared and recognized in Europe and beyond.
