Brief description

MIDI Europe is the European official distributor of ISUZU vehicles. As ISUZU decided to launch its innovative range of pick-up trucks in the European market back in 2012, MIDI Europe turned to Trust-IT to develop its digital on line presence for its European partners through a cluster of websites coupled with a consolidated, monthly digital communication strategy to increase an engaged community of avid users and support its B2B showroom dealers who sell ISUZU.

Our role

Through the websites developed by Trust-IT, MIDI Europe provides online services for ISUZU vehicle owners, potential new buyers, dealers and body builders. The websites became also public forums for ISUZU fans to catch up on the very latest ISUZU news and debate within the community.


Today Trust-IT is managing 9 Isuzu websites (Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Rep., Slovakia and Slovenia) which are the unique point of access of all services provided to the ISUZU network. They provide updated information on the D-Max and Truck vehicles, allow to search for dealers and download the catalogues and updated price lists. 


The “My Isuzu” private area offers different services according to the type of users: dealers, bodybuilders, press officers, private clients or public bodies.

The work on the websites is supported by a digital communication strategy to retain the community, through online services on different channels for Isuzu vehicle owners, enthusiasts and potential new buyers. Trust-IT is taking care of the ideation and development of thematic campaigns and daily activities aimed at increasing the number of visitors on the websites and in general the perception of the ISUZU brand such as the My Isuzu Story and Timeline campaigns.
