MIDI Europe is the European official distributor of ISUZU vehicles. As ISUZU decided to launch its innovative range of pick-up trucks in the European market back in 2012, MIDI Europe turned to Trust-IT to develop its digital on line presence for its European partners through a cluster of websites coupled with a consolidated, monthly digital communication strategy to increase an engaged community of avid users and support its B2B showroom dealers who sell ISUZU.

Our role

Today Trust-IT is managing 9 Isuzu websites (Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Rep., Slovakia and Slovenia), with a wide range of strategic and tactical activities:

  • Evolution of the visual layout, the structure of the websites, the information to be included in each page and to the implementation of several functionalities to be added to the websites over the years.
  • Implementation of Dealer maps in terms of frontend and backend for the network of Isuzu dealers across Europe.
  • Implementation of “My Isuzu” private areas offering different services according to the type of users for all 9 websites.
  • User experience evaluation and activities analytics reports.
  • Production of SEO-optimized content.
  • Ideation and development of thematic campaigns and daily activities aimed at increasing the number of visitors on the websites and in general the perception of the ISUZU brand.
  • Monthly newsletter ideation, development and distribution.
  • Creation of graphical banners/images for digital use.

Results

After the revamp and restructuring activities for the 9 websites, along with communication activities via newsletter, ISUZU has achieved the following results in 2020:

  • 31% average open rate for newsletters
  • +38% new visitors

Moreover, the SEO activities (editorial, outreach, backlinks, etc) on the Italian website have generated the following results in 2020:

  • +31% organic traffic
  • +43% visits to new vehicles pages
  • +7% registered users
