ACB - Associazione di Categoria Brokers di Assicurazioni e Riassicurazioni (Category Association of Italian Insurance Brokers) provides online training to its associates via a customised e-learning platform
Our Role
Trust-IT, supporting its controlled organisation COMMpla, developed a customised e-learning platform for the insurance brokers associated to ACB.
The platform is connected to the institutional website of the association and to the ERP for the economic reporting of participation in the courses.
The platform provides webinars and courses in SCORM format and is supported by Moodle as Learning Management System.
Impact
The e-learning platform developed for ACB allows managing:
- user registration and user administration;
- organization and management of webinars and eLearning courses;
- organization and management of classroom courses;
- tests for all types of courses;
- generation and recovery of digitally signed certificates of attendance.
It also includes a ticketing system to route administrative or technical issues to the dedicated department.
The courses are provided via an integrated Moodle Learning Platform with credit card payment options.
