Brief description
EOSCsecretariat.eu addresses the need for the set-up of an operational framework supporting the overall Governance of the EOSC. The project delivered 360° support to the EOSC Governance while working with communities to co-create an all-encompassing European Open Science Cloud.
Our Role
Trust-IT led communications and dissemination activities in the project. This included internal communications to support the EOSC Governance and Executive Board as well as five Working Groups. Trust-IT also delivered and maintain the Communication, Marketing and Dissemination Plan for pan-European roll-out of the EOSC. In this role, it designed and managed the EOSCsecretariat.eu web site. It also managed the EOSC liaison platform a pre-cursor the EOSC Forum. Trust-IT also designed and produced all dissemination materials providing visibility to stakeholders. Trust staff also organised three editions of the annual EOSC Symposium as well as other engagement events to support the deliver of the first EOSC Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda.
Through EOSCsecretariat.eu, Trust-IT also supported the EOSC Association in its communication and digital marketing activities during its set up phase and developed the first eosc.eu website.
Impact
EOSCsecretariat.eu was an essential building block in creating the first EOSC Governance which led to the establishment of the EOSC Association.

Among the other activities that led to the above results, Trust-IT played a crucial role in the graphical and editorial work for:
- 20 official documents edited in collaboration with the EOSC Governance and the European Commission
- 4 digital booklets for scientific communities (EOSC, ESFRI, HPC, INFRAEOSC-05)
